As the Co-Founder of ConnectPlaza, he spent more than 15 years pioneering "no-code" integration solutions that enabled organisations to bridge the gap between complex legacy systems and the cloud.
His career is defined by a commitment to operational excellence, having previously led OPDION, a premier BI and integration consultancy, and held key roles at Progress Software. At Maicell, Wilco translates decades of mission-critical integration experience into the next generation of governed fabric, turning technical complexity into Living Intelligence.

Dennis is a strategic technical leader with over two decades of experience in architecting high-availability integration ecosystems. As the CTO of ConnectPlaza, he is responsible for the long-term technical roadmap, evolving the platform from a specialised consultancy tool into a market-leading, automated iPaaS.
His career is defined by his ability to bridge the gap between complex legacy architectures and modern cloud-native environments, having led mission-critical integration projects for large-scale organisations such as ANWB and Progress Software.

A veteran of the iPaaS sector, she played a pivotal role in MuleSoft's EMEA expansion and served as Vice President of International Marketing at Jitterbit, where she led demand generation and go-to-market strategy across complex global markets. Deb specialises in bridging the gap between corporate vision and sales execution.
